Woody Auction is pleased to present the collection of Grady & Annette Hite of North Carolina. The Hites have been a part of the antique community for many decades and have been fortunate enough to become knowledgeable and excited with the prospect of hunting down their next piece! Grady and Annette have asked Woody Auction to sell this collection (over 1,000 items between two days) at public auction without reserve – the way they enjoyed buying many of their items. Special focus areas include Wave Crest, American brilliant cut glass, art pottery, R.S. Prussia, and just anything else that caught their eye. As always at Woody Auction, there are NO RESERVES. There is also no Buyer’s Premium (BP) for those in attendance (when paying with cash or check) and no sales tax for this event as it is a single consignor auction!

Please note that furniture and large items must be picked up in person or shipped via a professional shipper within 14 days of the event.
Preview: Friday, April 25, 2025 –1pm to 5pm
Sales Tax: This auction is a single collection, so no sales tax will be collected from buyers present at the sale. If a Friday bidder picks up their lots at the Saturday event, there is no sales tax for the purchase. Sales tax is charged as applicable for all other bidders.

Condition: Woody Auction has attempted to call any flaws that can affect the value of an item, but final determination is left to the buyer. Common nicks and scratches have not been called.
Absentee Bids: Accepted with a written statement indicating the amount of your bid. DEADLINE: Noon, Thursday, April 24, 2025. All Absentee Bids will be charged a Buyer’s Premium (BP) of 15% of selling price plus shipping (the BP is 10% when paying by cash or check). Your Absentee Bid will be entered just as if you are present and bidding yourself. Please supply: Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Auction Date, Lot Number, Short Description and Bid Amount. Please keep in mind that even though you may get an excellent deal on your prices in this auction, shipping costs remain the same and may seem high compared to your winning bids. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while wrapping everything securely to arrive at your home in excellent condition. We even pass our UPS discount on to you.
