In Person at Woody Auction -


Registration is offered during preview or the morning of the auction.

Online with LiveAuctioneers -


We offer an online bidding platform with real-time live streaming video right to your computer. If you wish to bid with LiveAuctioneers you should register at least 48 hours in advance of the auction date.

Absentee Bid -


As a convenience to our bidders who cannot attend a sale in person, or online through LiveAuctioneers, Woody Auction will, execute written bids on your behalf. Absentee bidders should complete the Absentee Bid Form and submit the written bid at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If Woody Auction receives written bids on a lot for identical amounts, and at the auction these are the highest bids on the lot, it will be sold to the person whose written bid was received and accepted first. Lots are bought for absentee bidders at the lowest possible price, which may be below the written bid price, subject to other bids. If your bid is successful:

  • Live at Woody Auction - Invoices including hammer price are available at the end of the auction. Boxes and wrapping material will be available for you to package your property for your trip home. If you would like us to ship your purchases to you, we will send an invoice including costs of shipping and materials via email, or you may arrange payment at the time your invoice is paid.


  • LiveAuctioneers - Invoices including hammer price, and buyer's premium are sent via LiveAuctioneer. Once payment of the invoice is received we will package your item and a second invoice including shipping and materials will be sent via LiveAuctioneer. Invoices are packaged in the order that they are paid.


  • Absentee Bid - Invoices including hammer price, and buyer's premium are sent via USPS, unless an email invoice is requested on the Absentee Bid Form. A form for shipping payment is included with the invoice.

Absentee Bid - Payment by Check - 10%
