For consignment auctions (with more than two sellers) held in Douglass, KS, Sales Tax will be collected. Woody Auction is required to collect sales taxes for the state of Indiana, also.

We accept current sales tax exemption licenses. If a copy is not provided, and the proper Kansas Resale Exemption Certificate is not filled out, sales tax will be charged.

Both Mary McCaslin and Lee Marple have created interest in RS Prussia through writing highly regarded reference books, and their personal collections reveal this true love of the art form. Sales Tax: The prevailing sales tax will be charged to all BUYERs unless you are reselling the items. In this case, please provide LiveAuctioneers and Woody Auction with a current sales tax exemption license. If a copy is not provided, sales tax will be charged. Woody Auction must collect sales tax for all shipments to the states of Kansas and Indiana. The prevailing sales tax for Franklin, Tennessee will be collected from bidders present at the sale.

Condition: Woody Auction has attempted to call any flaws that can affect the value of an item, but final determination is left to the buyer. Common nicks & scratches have not been called.
