In-person
If you’d like to attend an auction preview, it’s free and all are welcome. Generally, the preview is from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. the day before the auction.
Online via LiveAuctioneers
First, go to www.LiveAuctioneers.com/woody-auction-llc. Once you’re on that page, scroll down the list of our auctions until you find the one in which you want to bid. Next, click the blue ‘explore’ button. Then, on the right-hand side click the blue ‘register for auction’ button. At this point, you will be prompted to log in or create an account. Once you’ve created an account, we’ll receive a notification of your interest in bidding.
Please call or email us to have your registration approved if you have not previously bid with us through LiveAuctioneers. Registrations should be completed and phone calls or emails received by Woody Auction at least 48 hours in advance of the auction in which you are interested in bidding.
Absentee via Woody Auction
As a convenience to our bidders who cannot attend a sale in person, or online through LiveAuctioneers, Woody Auction will execute written bids on your behalf for our in-person auction. Absentee bidders should complete the Absentee Bid Form and submit the written bid at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. Further, if Woody Auction receives written bids on a lot for identical amounts, and at the auction these are the highest bids on the lot, it will be sold to the person whose written bid was received first. Lots are bought for absentee bidders at the lowest possible price, which may be below the written bid price, subject to other bids. You may download our Absentee Bid Form and fax it to (316) 746-2145 or email it to info@woodyauction.com. You can also participate in phone bids for our in-person auctions by calling (316) 747-2694.

We proudly provide unparalleled in-house shipping services. As a result, we set the industry standard in the care we take to carefully wrap, pack, and ship your items for safe arrival. In addition, we package invoices in the order they are paid. Once your purchase has been packaged and shipping is determined, we will send a second invoice via LiveAuctioneers for the materials and shipping charges. Alternatively, buyers are able to call and pay the shipping and materials costs over the phone.
Woody Auction is able to pack and ship most auction items, but there are certainly lots when a professional pack and ship company will be required for large or heavy items. When you need a professional pack and shipper for items purchased from one of our auctions, this limited Shipper List is provided for your use in determining the costs and benefits of one over another. We are not in a position to recommend anyone; therefore we leave the decision up to you. An Internet search may be helpful for finding pack and ship companies in your area.
We require a written authorization from the purchaser to release property to any third party. You may fax our Shipping Release Form to (316) 746-2145 or email your authorization to info@woodyauction.com.
